Felony Defense
An indictment for a Felony offense is one of the most serious legal situations any person can find themselves in. A Felony is any crime punishable by a term of imprisonment greater than 6 months. Additionally, a Felony conviction has many far reaching limitations, including: the right to vote, right to possess firearms, right to government assistance, education choices, and impact on employment opportunities.

You are INNOCENT unless proven guilty.

The State of Ohio has the burden of proof in establishing your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. With that in mind, my goal is the preservation of your freedom; a goal that you will have as the highest priority. I want you to end up with a result that is the best possible outcome for your case based upon your facts.

The ultimate decisions for your case are yours to make, whether or not you wish to have a trial or wish to have me negotiate with the State of Ohio to achieve a desired outcome.

If you think you are going to be indicted or likely to face criminal charges, it is in your best interest to contact legal counsel as soon as possible. If you are currently under indictment, it is in your best interest to contact legal counsel as soon as possible.
