Appeals & Appellate Law

You have the right to appeal your case (whether criminal or civil) and have an appellate court determine if any issues, facts, rulings,  or situations were not handled in accordance with the laws of the United States or the State of Ohio.

This right is affected by a very important factor: time. The time window to file an effective appeal is shorter than many people realize. Failure to file a timely appeal may prevent you from challenging certain issues and limit the scope of your appeal, and ultimately affect the chances of success for your appeal.

Contact me now to help you preserve your ability to have your case heard by a superior court.
